I have been back on my regular meds for almost 2 days, now. I was hoping that Things would be back to normal soon. Unfortunately, that isn't tonight! That may, however, have to do that I spent the greatest part of the evening trying to catch the dog when Jaylen let him out. Layer that on top of all the financial worries, and I guess it's not surprising. Maybe soon!
I left a challenge last night and see that a whopping ZERO people took me up on it... I guess I'll just have to share mine...tomorrow! Did you really think I had time to do it?
Instead, I will leave you with a poem written in response to a piece of sculpture, called Untitled and sculpted by Ole Langerhorst.
The Cry
The child’s arms cry,
“Pick me up!”
The child needs to feel
Your strength and love
And she cries,
“Pick me up!”
The child wants to share
Your vision, and her arms cry,
“Pick me up!”
The child craves closeness,
And he cries to you,
“Pick me up!”
His legs are weary, and he wants to know
Your walk. His weary eyes cry,
“Pick me up!”
